In 2025, our efforts were thoughtfully structured across three strategic verticals, each addressing a critical social need while collectively contributing to holistic community development. We are pleased to share a summary of this year’s initiatives and the impact made possible through your support. This guiding philosophy was instilled by Mrs. Kausalya Thirupuvanam, one of the founding members of the Thirupuvanam Foundation and its enduring matriarch and guiding light. Her life and values form the moral compass of our work. She believed deeply that giving and sharing are sacred privileges—not obligations—and that every individual associated with the Foundation, whether donor, beneficiary, trustee, staff member, or student, participates in a shared and honorable responsibility. Her enduring vision reminds us that donating, receiving, and serving are equally meaningful acts. This shared understanding of dignity, gratitude, and service continues to shape the culture of the Thirupuvanam Foundation and inspires everything we do.

I. Community Care & Wellbeing

Community care remains a cornerstone of our work. Throughout the year, the Foundation responded to immediate needs while also fostering moments of care, celebration, and dignity.

Key initiatives in 2025 included:

• Distribution of dry rations to multiple old age homes facing essential shortages.
• Conducting Annadanam for over 1,000 individuals across Bangalore and Kumbakonam.
• Providing special meals to school children and raincoats to ensure uninterrupted education during monsoons.
• Celebrating festivals such as Diwali with children through new clothing, festive meals, and snacks.
• Organizing school excursions and community events to promote exposure, joy, and social inclusion.
• These initiatives reflect our belief that compassion must extend beyond necessities—toward wellbeing, joy, and human connection.

II. Education & School Development

Our work included:

• Distribution of uniforms, notebooks, and stationery to students across government schools.
• Sponsorship of Sports Days, recognizing student participation and achievement.
• Felicitation of young sports achievers to encourage confidence and discipline.
• Organizing motivational programs and farewell ceremonies for students transitioning to higher grades.

In parallel, our TPF Pre-School, Day Care & Tuition Centre experienced significant growth:

• Transition to a new, expanded facility Introduction of Day Care and Evening Tuition Programs.
• Enrollment of 40+ new children across Pre-Nursery and Day Care.
• Successful execution of Annual Day and multiple cultural celebrations.
• These efforts ensure children receive both academic support and a nurturing environment essential for holistic development.
